About the perfumer: 

Greetings! I am Rushane Smith, the proud owner and master perfumer at Scentric Perfumery. My passion for the world of fragrance began in my childhood as I accompanied my grandmother to the market, where the vibrant aromas of fruits, spices, and plants ignited my senses and sparked a lifelong fascination with scent.

Equipped with a solid foundation in science from Church Teachers' College, I cultivated a deep appreciation for the intricate chemistry that underpins the art of perfumery. This scientific background provided me with the tools to explore the complex relationships between fragrances and emotions.
To further refine my craft, l immersed myself in the enchanting realms of perfume creation at the esteemed Prince d'Bruce Fragrance in Kingston Jamaica, where I learned to blend traditional techniques with modern innovations. My journey then took me to The Lab Perfumes in the vibrant city of Cali, Colombia, where I drew inspiration from the rich cultural tapestry and diverse flora.
